Ombre effect chiffon dress because there are two layers of chiffon, one in green and one in a lemony yellow and lined with a teal colored taffeta. Vintage Emma Domb. Empire waist, ruching on the top, and sweet puffed sleeves. There is some wear/stains on the bottom. Not noticeable while you're wearing it (tough to photograph).
